Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay provides an excellent benefits program for all full-time employees.

Benefits include:

  • Immediate employer-paid individual health coverage with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Employer also contributes toward family medical coverage with the remaining employee cost paid through payroll deduction.
  • Dental insurance plan offered by Delta Dental with 50% employer contribution to individual and family plan.
  • Pro-rated three weeks of annual paid vacation; four weeks annually after two years of service.
  • Twelve paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Two personal days per calendar year.
  • Up to 10 sick days if needed per calendar year.
  • Tuition Reimbursement—eligible for $1,800 after first year of service, $2,400 after second year of service, $3,600 after third year.
  • Employer-paid life insurance policy in an amount equal to salary up to $100,000.
  • Employer-paid long-term disability insurance program.
