For the convenience of our volunteers and participating families, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay maintains offices in Boston, Attleboro and on the Cape. Big Brother and Big Sister applicants attend an interview at one of these offices. Office hours in Boston and Centerville are generally Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Hours for our offices in Attleboro, Orleans and Nantucket vary; please call ahead if you are planning to visit staff at these locations.
BOSTON (Financial District)

The Boston office is located in the Financial District near the intersection of Franklin and Federal Streets and just two short blocks from Downtown Crossing. Our building can be accessed from entrances on Federal, Franklin and Devonshire Streets. On Federal St, the entrance to the lobby is directly across from the outwardly sloping Bank of America Headquarter. The sign above the door will read ‘75-101 Federal’. This same address can be seen on the Franklin and Devonshire St entrance. The building’s entrances are revolving doors that lead to an inside throughway. Once inside the lobby, signs will direct you to the 75 Federal Offices. Big Brothers of Mass Bay is on the 8th floor, via the 8 to 20 elevators.
By MBTA: The BBBSMB Boston office is close to the orange, green, silver and red Mass Transit Lines.
From the Green Line (Park St Station): Head east on Winter St. Walk one block to the corner of Winter St. and Washington St. Winter St. becomes Summer St when you cross Washington Street. Continue straight ahead for another two blocks. At the intersection of Summer and Otis / Kingston, turn left onto Otis St. Follow Otis St for one block. There is a small park with a statue at the cross-section of Otis, Federal and Franklin St. The entrance to the office is to the right, ’75-101 Federal’. There is a Starbucks to the left of the revolving door entrance.
From the Orange Line / Red Line (Downtown Crossing Station): When exiting the station look for the Chauncy St exit. This exit will lead you to the corner of Chauncy and Summer St. Walk one block east on Summer St. At the intersection of Summer and Otis / Kingston, turn left onto Otis St. Follow Otis St for one block. There is a small park with a statue at the cross-section of Otis, Federal and Franklin St. The entrance to the office is to the right, ’75-101 Federal’. There is a Starbucks to the left of the revolving door entrance.
From the Red Line / Silver Line/ Commuter Rail (South Station): Leave by the front entrance / exit way of South Station and follow Summer St for a short distance to High St. Turn right on High St. The next left will be Federal St. The entrance to ‘75-101 Federal’ will is approximately one block ahead on the left. The entrance is across from the Bank of America headquarters building.

Parking: Unfortunately, although there are several parking garages in this area they are expensive. We recommend visitors to our office use public transport if possible.
